This entails a member of Greenlight Safety Consultancy attending your office/site and assessing your current H&S management system. On completion of the assessment you will be informed as to whether your organisation is legally compliant. If requested, non compliance will be assisted with clear recommendations, ensuring you achieve your proposed objectives and legal requirements.

If you become a member of Greenlight Safety Consultancy you will be provided with a personal membership advisor who is contactable seven days a week.

We are able to complete pre-tender documentation on behalf of your organisation to help secure future works as well as enabling organisations to concentrate on their current projects.

Contractor Assessments

For organisations who are outsourcing works to specialist contractors we are able to relieve you of the burden of the CDM Core Criteria stage 1 assessments. We can complete the assessment process on your behalf and provide the contractors with the required assistance, ensuring H&S compliance. Competent contractors will be provided with a certificate and we will provide your organisation with suitable updates to enable only approved contractors to be used from your database. The cost of this service is met by the contractor.

Additionally we are also experienced in completing Safety Schemes in Procurement assessments (CHAS, SAFEcontractor or Worksafe Contractor etc). Due to this experience we are able to guarantee successful certification.

Fire Safety

Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005

On 1st October 2006, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 came into force. It repealed most existing Fire Safety legislation and placed new duties on all employers. It applies to almost all premises (factories, warehouses, offices, shops, hotels, hostels, care homes, schools and landlords etc) and requires the employer or person in control to manage any fire risk in the premises and ensure everyone on the premises or nearby can escape safely if there is a fire.

Greenlight Safety Consultancy independent specialist fire risk assessors are qualified and trained to assist you in managing your fire safety responsibilities, bringing expertise in both Fire Safety and Health and Safety, to support your new role and duties.
